If my taste is right, the chilled Chinese food here was the most delicious of the chilled Chinese food I have ever eaten. I want to eat again.It's like ramen is usually delicious.

Cute little place to grab a bowl of ramen!After a long day of riding I was hungry, cold and exhausted. Got here at the innkeeper's recommendation. It's a cute little shop ran by a nice family. I ordered a bowl of pork roasted soya ramen, there are 4 different soup base to choose from and 4 different type of topping. The ramen was fresh of course and raw, so it was cooked fresh in front of you in the open kitchen. The soup base comes from a very large pot and supposedly the soup was made from mountain spring water which is famous in this area.My bowl of ramen was very good, came with same bamboo shoots and 5 very large pieces of fatty roasted pork. Yum! The bowl is pretty big, standard size for Japanese ramen places. The broth was good, service was very nice and friendly. One of the girls did speak a little bit of English which was helpful.

Have miso and salt. The smooth-tasting soup is delicious. In particular, miso is not spicy in a good way and it has no punch, but it is a ramen that you can rest assured.

After a hot spring on the way to Mt. Hakuhama, I went into a ramen restaurant right in front of me and ordered a special soy sauce ramen, and the seafood soup and homemade noodles were exquisite and delicious! If I go to Hakuba Happo, I want to stop again.

Unbalanced noodles and soup that should be sold

It’s a big bowl of hot ramen that does the job. Staff are lovely, restaurant is clean and comfortable, but the ramen is nothing special. The gyoza was better than the ramen (super crispy edge) and they serve the local beer (Hakuba Brewing Company), so I would recommend trying both of those.

I used for lunch after I entered the hot spring. I ordered salted ramen that was just after summer mountain climbing, but it was a delicious soup with a good soup stock.It wasn't a very good store, but it was delicious.However, we, a friend from the Tokai region, were slightly puzzled by miso ramen using Shinshu miso.
